The Nothing Phone (2a) surpassed its competitors!

Founded by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, Nothing is set to unveil its mid-range smartphone called the Phone (2a) soon. The eagerly awaited Nothing Phone (2a) was seen in an AnTuTu performance test, where it was found to compete with the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Here are the details:

For those unfamiliar, AnTuTu is a mobile application used to measure the performance of smartphones. It conducts tests in various areas such as processor power, graphics performance, memory usage, multi-threaded performance, and storage speed. After all tests, a score is given, indicating how the device performed.

Looking at the AnTuTu performance test result of the Nothing Phone (2a) model, we see that the device scored a total of 738,164 points. Accordingly, the device outperforms the mid-range models such as the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ and OnePlus Nord CE 3.

According to recent leaks, the Nothing Phone (2a) will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, supported by a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor.

On the back, there will be two cameras, namely a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KGN9 main camera and a 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide-angle camera. There’s no information available about the front-facing selfie camera.

The starting price for the Phone (2a) with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage will be 349 euros.

The top-tier version with 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage will come at a price of 399 euros.

Of course, it’s worth noting that these prices are not officially confirmed.
